The Exciting Collaboration of Lego and Hasbro: Dungeons & Dragons Set

Lego and Hasbro have come together to create an official Lego Dungeons & Dragons: Red Dragon’s Tale set, set to release on April 1 for Lego Insiders and April 4 for the general public. This collaboration brings the world of D&D to life in a unique and exciting way, offering fans the opportunity to explore dungeons, battle monsters, and create customizable characters all through the medium of Lego bricks.

The Adventure Awaits

The set, consisting of a total of 3,745 pieces, features a variety of modular scenes including an inn for heroes to gather, a multi-room dungeon with traps and loot, outdoor ruins, and a large stone tower. One of the main highlights is the giant red dragon that can be built, adding a sense of awe and danger to the display. Additionally, players can create well-known NPCs such as The Beholder, Gelatinous Cube, Owlbear, and Displacer Beast, as well as smaller creatures like skeleton warriors and Myconid mushroom people.

The set offers an impressive bestiary for players to encounter and battle within their Lego-based adventures. From powerful monsters to villainous sorcerers, the Red Dragon’s Tale set provides a diverse range of characters and challenges for players to engage with. Lego Insiders even have the opportunity to receive a bonus Mimic chest monster when purchasing the set between April 1-7, adding an extra element of surprise and excitement to the experience.

Creative Customization

Beyond the traditional dungeon-crawling aspect of D&D, players can also create their own custom characters using the mini-figure pieces included in the set. With a variety of races and classes to choose from, players can mix and match pieces to build their own unique adventuring party. From Orcs to Wizards, the options for customization are vast, allowing players to truly make the game their own.

In addition to the Lego set, Hasbro is launching a Red Dragon’s Tale adventure module to accompany the game. This prewritten campaign will guide players through the set’s dungeons, providing all the necessary information and stats needed to play. Whether in a downloadable PDF format or through the D&D Beyond app, players have multiple options for accessing the adventure module. Lego Insiders can also obtain a limited-edition paperback copy by spending 2,700 Insider Points.

The release of the Lego Dungeons & Dragons: Red Dragon’s Tale set is just the beginning of an exciting partnership between Lego and Hasbro. More D&D-themed Lego sets are on the horizon, with additional minifigures set to launch in September. This collaboration opens up a world of possibilities for players, allowing them to combine different Lego sets for a truly immersive D&D experience.
